JES Biotech was founded by James Wu, who acquires the master degree from chemistry & biochemistry department in UCLA. With the passion to the nature and the pet, he invited the talents from biochemistry field with more than 10 years experience to build a team and create the brand “VetCue” for booming pet product market. “Vet” symbolizes veterinary and animal, so it indicates Vetcue is the brand to develop the products in veterinary field. We believe that throughout the scientific research, we can have better understanding on physiological and psychological needs.

The mission of VetCue is to enrich the pet's life to be healthier and happier.  Nowadays, pets or companion animals are very closed to the human, the behavior of the pets and the their relationship with their owners have become an essential topics.It is believed that the pets are very sensitive to the change of the environment, the change can easily result into the stress and nervousness for the pets. The changes include seeing a doctor outside, carrying on a new pet in the same space, changing owners, noise or even weather. The stress and nervousness induced by those changes might lead into the behavior problems. To eliminate those behavior problems; JES Biotech has developed a unique blend of pheromones that can help the pets have a sense of familiarity, security and lead the pets to behave normally.
